•灌木或小乔木，高3～4(6)m；树冠球形，分枝较密，斜上。叶长圆形至椭圆状披针形,长10～13cm, 宽3 . 5～4cm, 长宽比约3.0；基部楔形或阔楔形，先端长渐尖至尾尖；叶缘中部以上有锯齿，偶全缘；侧脉7～10对，网脉明显。叶柄黄绿色，长8～11(15)mm。
•Shrub or small tree to 3-4(6)m; crown spheroidal, branches fairly dense, upright. Leaves oblong to elliptic lanceolate, 10-13 cm×3.5-4 cm, base cuneate or broadly cuneate, apex long acuminate to caudate, margin serrate in the upper 1/2, rarely entire, secondary veins 7-10 pairs, reticulate veins obvious; petiole yellow green, 8-11(15) mm long.

•每节有花芽(1)2～3对，每花序有花6～7朵，着花密集。花梗黄绿色或略带淡紫色，长(6)8～12mm; 花浅黄色 (RHS-CC9B～D); 花冠呈反卷型，直径仅5～6mm;裂片倒卵圆形至椭圆形，向后反卷，不易脱落，长2.5～3mm, 宽 约 2mm; 雌蕊发育正常，柱头头状。花期9月下旬至10月上旬。果实次年4月成熟。
•Flower buds(1)2-3 pairs per node, each producing 6-7 flowers, blossom dense; pedicels yellow green or slightly purple, (6)8-12mm long; corolla lobes reflexed, light yellow(RHS-CC 9B-D),5-6mm diameter; corolla lobes obovate to elliptic, reflexed,2.5-3 mm×2mm; Pistils well developed; stigma capitate. Blooming in late September to early October. Drupe maturing in April next year.

•产湖北咸宁、武汉；广西桂林。
•Xianning、Wuhan, Hubei; Guilin, Guangxi.
备注
Remark
•该品种花冠裂片反卷，花朵小，花色较浅，与其他结实的金桂品种容易区别。
•Corolla lobes reflexed and flower small with a fairly light color.
