•灌木或小乔木，高2.5~3.5m，树冠不规则扁圆形或披散:树皮暗灰色。分枝柔软，密集而弯曲、皮孔较多。叶卵状椭圆形、椭圆形或椭圆状披针形，长8~ 10(13)cm， 宽3~ 4cm.长宽比2.4~ 2.8.最宽部分多在中部或中部以下:叶面不平，波状起伏或卷曲，深绿色，粗糙，略有光泽:基部楔形:先端长渐尖，明显反卷;叶全缘，或在中部以上有锯齿;侧脉8~9对。叶柄长8~10mm。

Flower
•花枝长10~15cm。叠生花芽2~3对,每花序有花5~ 7朵。花梗长7~8mm,黄绿色。花黄色(RHS_CC4B~6C)。花冠斜展或近于平展，直径6~8mm ;花冠裂片倒卵状椭圆形，长约3mm,宽2.2~ 2.5 mm。雌蕊完全败育。花期9月中下旬。
