•小乔木或大灌木，高3～6m; 树冠椭圆形。叶椭圆形至宽椭圆形，丛立而厚实，小 而圆阔，长6～8cm, 宽(2.5)3～3.5 cm, 长宽比约2.1～2.4;叶面绿色，微呈 “V” 形内折；基部宽楔形或楔形；先端渐尖或短尖，叶尖常向下弯折；全缘，叶缘平直或略波状； 侧脉6～8对，网脉不甚明显。叶柄长约5～7mm, 黄绿色。花枝粗短，长仅6～8cm; 每节叶腋内有花芽1对，稀2对，每花序有花5～7朵。 花梗较短，黄绿色，长5～8mm。
•Small tree or shrub to 3-6 m; crown ellipsoidal.Leaves elliptic to broadly elliptic,6-8 cm ×(2.5)3-3.5 cm;medium green,slightly incurved into V-form, base broadly cuneate or cuneate; apex acuminate or acute, leaning; margin entire, slightly undulate or not; secondary veins 6-8 pairs,reticulate veins obscure; petioles 5-7 mm long,yellow green.

Flower
•同一花序内花朵开放时期不一致，着花较稀疏但花期长。花深黄色或浅橙黄色 (RHS-CC 18A～19A)。花冠反卷型，直径10～11mm; 裂片倒卵形或卵形、椭圆形，长3.5～4mm, 宽3～3 .5mm, 明显向后反卷；雌蕊完全败育，不结实。花期9月下旬至10月上中旬。
•Flower twigs stout and short,6-8 cm long; flower buds or rarely 2 pairs per node,each bud producing 5-7 flowers, pedicels fairly short, yellow green,5-8 mm long; Flowers deep yellow or light yellowish orange (RHS-CC 18A- 19A),corolla 10- 11 mm diameter; corolla lobes obovate, ovate or elliptic,3.5-4 mm×3-3.5 mm,remarkably reflexed; Pistils abortive. Blossom fairly sparse but last a long time;blooming in late September, to middle October.

Distribution
•产浙江金华；广西桂林。江苏苏州有栽培。
•Jinhua, Zhejiang; Guilin, Guangxi; Suzhou, Jiangsu.
备注
Remark
•叶丛立，小而圆，花朵大、裂片反卷，花色深，与其他品种容易区别，该品种的花色介于金桂和丹桂之间。
•Leaves small and more orbicular; flowers deep yellow or light orange yellow (RHS-CC 18A- 19A),corolla lobes reflexed.
