•乔木，长势中等；树皮灰褐色，纵裂，皮孔较密。树冠圆球形，分枝较稀疏。新枝淡紫色，长6~ 12 cm, 节间长1～2.5cm。 叶片椭圆形，长6～9.5cm, 宽2.3～4cm; 叶面平展或微凹，光滑，厚革 质，略有光泽；先端短尖；全缘，叶缘微波状；侧脉8～10对。叶柄长6～12 mm, 黄绿色或略呈淡 紫色。新叶黄绿色，老叶绿色。

The new branches are lavender, 6 to 12 cm long and internode length 1~2.5cm. •一年生花枝长8～15cm; 每节叶腋内叠生花芽1～2对；每花序有花7～9朵。着花繁密，香气浓 郁。花梗长5～7mm, 黄绿色。花乳白色或渐变为淡黄白色， RHS (1D)2D～4B。花冠斜展，直径‘5～7mm; 花冠裂片长椭圆形，长约2.5～3mm, 宽约1.8～2mm; 雄蕊2;雌蕊完全败育。每年开花 2～3次，每次花期7～9天。花期：第一批9月中下旬(杭州，2003),第二批10月中旬(杭州，2003)。
