•大灌木，高达3～5.5m,; 树冠圆球形或阔卵形。叶二型；常墨绿色，厚革质。春叶宽椭圆形或倒卵状椭圆形，长9～16(19)cm, 宽4 . 5～8(9)cm, 长宽比约1.5～1.9;基部圆形；先端突尖至圆形；叶面微皱；略有光泽；全缘或顶端具锯齿；叶缘稍波曲，向上微弯曲；侧脉6～9对，上面下陷；叶柄长1～1.5cm, 黄绿色。秋叶较狭小，长圆形，有锯齿先端短渐尖。
•Shrub to 3-3.5 m，crown spheroidal or bread-ovoid.Leaves 2-shaped,often dark-green, leathery; those in spring broad-elliptic or obovate-elliptic,9- 16(19)cm×4.5-8(9)cm,light base rounded,apex cuspidate to rounded, margin entire or serrate near the apex,rugose adaxially, lustrous; slight undulate; secondary veins 6-9 pairs,engraved; petiole 1- 1.5 cm long,yellow green; those in autumn small and narrow,elliptic, margin serrate,apex acuminate.

Flower
•圆锥花序长达3.5～15 cm, 每花序有花10～16(20)朵；花量中等。花梗黄绿色，长0.7～1.4cm。 花冠斜展，阔钟形，深裂，直径8～10mm; 花淡黄色 (RHS-CC9B),有时花冠裂片中部颜色较深，呈淡橙黄色，花蕾期浅黄白色 (RHS-CC1D); 花冠裂片常为5～6枚，少为4枚，肥厚，倒卵形；雄蕊常为3～4枚，少为2枚。雌蕊退化，花后不结实。秋季至春末为花期。
•Panicle 3.5- 15 cm long,each producing 10- 16(20)flowers; pedicels yellowish green,0.7- 1.4 cm; corolla inclined, broad campanulate, incised,light yellow (RHS-CC 9B), sometime in middle part to light yellow-orange,light yellow white (RHS-CC 1D)in bud,8- 10 mm diameter; corolla lobes 5-6,rarely 4,thick, obovate; stamens 3-4,rarely 2; pistils abortive, without fruiting. Blooming in autumn to late spring next year.

•产四川成都郫县、温江、邛崃县、雅安；重庆市(缙云山等地)。
•Qionglai、Ya'an 、Chengdu、Wenjiang, Sichuan; Chongqing(Jinyun mountain etc.).

Remark
•叶宽大，表面微皱，不平整；花序较长，花较大，花冠裂片5～7,雄蕊常 3～4枚。易与其他品种区别
•This cultivar is easily to distinguish from other cultivars. The leaves more large and broad,adaxial slight rugose, like citrus- leaves; Inflorescence in panicle,longer; flowers 8- 10 mm diameter,corolla lobes 5-7; stamens 3-4.
